Having meaningful, healthy relationships helps one maintain their health and well-being and helps to manage feelings of depression, anxiety and anger.  Having healthy relationships both at home and work helps to prevent or reduce stress and has a direct effect on one’s health and longevity. This class may help you discover who really matters to you and how to include relationships into your Personal Health Plan.

 

Relationship Well Being Class – Explores different types and ways to build relationships, reviews important communication skills, and invites members to set a goal concerning their current relationships with others.

Well Being Series – This series rotates through 8 different topics that align with the Circle of Health.
