NEWS RELEASE: Veterans Affairs to Hold Grand Opening, Open House at Bellevue Clinic

OMAHA, Neb., – The VA Nebraska-Western Iowa Health Care System will hold a grand opening and open house at its Bellevue, Neb., Community-Based Outpatient Clinic at 2206 Longo Dr., Aug. 28. 

A grand opening and ribbon-cutting event will occur at 10 a.m.

Tours of the new clinic will be offered from 10 a.m. to noon. Veterans and their family members and the community are invited to the open house to learn about the services the VA provides at the clinic. Staff from the VA medical center eligibility office will be available to answer Veterans’ questions about their health care benefits and eligibility.

The clinic relocated to Longo Drive in July from its previous location at Ehrling Bergquist Clinic on Capehart Drive.

Bellevue’s VA clinic staff offer an array of services that include primary care, mental health and specialty care referrals to the Omaha VA Medical Center.

The clinic is open Mondays through Fridays from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., excluding federal holidays.
