Veterans Affairs to Host Women Veterans Forum

  

OMAHA, Neb. -- Women Veterans who are enrolled for health care services with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), or would like to learn more about their benefits, are invited to a Women Veterans Forum. The forum will be from 5 to 7 p.m. April 16 at the VA Nebraska-Western Iowa Health Care System (NWIHCS) clinic in Holdrege, Neb., at 1118 Burlington St.

 

The forum will include networking time for Veterans and VA NWIHCS staff, a presentation by the Women Veterans Program manager and remarks by the VA NWIHCS Grand Island acting site manager. Time also will be reserved to answer questions from Veterans.

 

Veterans are encouraged to attend the forum to learn about services for women Veterans and to share feedback with VA Nebraska-Western Iowa Health Care System’s leadership about their health care experiences. Light refreshments will be available.
