Staff members at the new Veterans' Resource and Recovery Center hosted an open house and ribbon-cutting ceremony May 27.

The R&R Center officially will open for business June 6. Staff at the center will help homeless Veterans obtain services, and find housing and employment. The facility houses shower and laundry facilities for the Veterans as well as a Veterans Business Administration office, a primary care exam room and office space for R&R Center staff. The R&R Center staff includes an outreach coordinator, social worker and several vocational rehabilitation specialists.

If you missed the open house, be sure to stop by and check out the facility during the June 2 VA 2k walk.
