Meaningful Movement (POSTPONED)
Meaningful Movement is a 4-week class series that is designed to equip and empower you to choose the movement class that is right for you. Receive first-hand experience in basic Tai Chi forms, Yoga poses, cardio, safe body alignment and movement practices; discover mindful body awareness; and partner with the Health Coach and Recreation Assistant to create an individualized personal health plan tailored to you.
**Veterans new to Whole Health are encouraged to take this class series prior to attending other Whole Health movement classes**
Meaningful Movement is held Wednesdays from 10am to 12pm in Building 6 in Grand Island.
