To obtain refills through My Healthe Vet:

You must be registered online at My HealtheVet(MHV). Four types of MHV information MUST match VA records before you are able to view pharmacy refill information:

-Social security number must be present in MHV;
-Name in MHV must be exactly as it appears on your  current Rx label;
-Birth date agrees; and
-"Patient" is checked in "Personal Information."

To request active VA prescriptions through MHV:

Log into MHV, and choose, in order, in the upper left corner:
Pharmacy then RX Refill then Refill Prescriptions
(The first time it may take up to one (1) hour to display your prescription information.)

Use the prescription number on your last prescription label to select the medication you want refilled.  (MHV indicates that the "Facility" issuing prescriptions is the VA Central Plains Network - Omaha)

On the far right, put a check in the box for the prescription you want filled.

Then click the red "submit refill" at the bottom of the window.
